Sometimes bragging is OK - like when your tech support is so good it gets people to feed hungry children.
Here's what one customer said after I told him I didn't accept donations and since he paid for the script, he deserved tech support:
"Yes you are right in some respect about getting what you paid for but the support here is unusually excellent and more than what is considered support."
